im trying to play it for my grade 8 too lol. i think that its more about control than actually getting correct notes if you're playing this for grade 8 lcm since its not too technically difficult given enough practice on some of the harder bars, which is probs why abrsm are doing it for grade 6; they're probably looking for the technical aspects to be correct rather than control. i think its like the sonatina in e flat for grade 7 lcm; not technically challenging but you need to control it :)
Great performance, beautiful piece. The only thing I noticed as a fault is at the recapitulation, the last section 8 bars from the end, that the grace note before the G on the down beat is written as an A, but an F# was played instead. This occurs just after 4:50 in the recording. Superb execution otherwise :)
The piano player isn't even moving.

its grade 8 LCM but its about how well you play it at grade 8 as requires a lot of control
