The pictures can be put together easily. I use VirtualDub.

It does take up a fair amount of space, but you can delete them when you've rendered the video...

totaly wrong, everything does not fall the same in the real world until maximum velocity has been reached, heavier objects accelerate towards the pull of the earth's gravity faster than lighter objects due to having more mass so they reach maximum velocity faster. in garrys mod a wooden crate will hit the ground the same time as a toilet which is not accurate. it is still fun though :)

So the force is indeed bigger for faster objects, which is where you are confused i think.

However the acceleration can be calculated as

A = F / m

so basically, the acceleration caused by gravity equals the gravity constant, and is equal for any objects.

However there are usually other forces like air resistance working on an object.

As long as your computer doesn't completely freeze (which is really the only limit when recording videos like this), you can have as many things going on as you wish in your video. That is, if you allow enough time for rendering. But with the idea that time is unlimited, logically computing power is unlimited, if you were to consider this video being recorded in real time with a screen recorder and not the gmod in-engine recorder.

wanna know how he does this ? well here it is he lets the nuke explode and it WILL go slow on his pc but when he recorded de clip it was like 10 frames per second than he used a program to speed it up so it would look really smooth thats how it's done

No, it doesn't work like that. It was recorded with the source recorder. During the mass physics it was like 0.1fps, took ages, then once i was done, i then rendered the Demo file at 30FPS. The rendering takes a while aswell.

Well, you need to go over to garrysmod(dot)org and search and download PHX 2.

Its a prop pack. Just extract it to addons in your garrysmod folder and next time you start gmod they will be in the spawn menu. :)

I don't see any lag, the reason for the slightly jittery physics is because the source engine isn't build to handle this kind of activity. Also, since it takes so long to render, if i knock my mouse while filming, it will jerk alot in just 1 frame, which may look like lag.

anyone can do it, just record it at a extremely slow sv_timescale and phys_timescale then edit the recording to run at the inverse of the slow speed

example: if you record it at 1/100 normal speed, edit it so it plays at 100x recorded speed, because 100 times 0.01 = 1 making it look like it was made in normal time
