Good battle, but I have to say, it's much harder to judge when the bboys do so much non-footwork in a footwork battle. Of course, I'm going by the Alien Ness definition of footwork, so other judges may see it differently. Specifically, I'm referring to the tops, the backrocks, the headswipe by King So, and a lot of the flavorful moves like the one at 0:34 which are dope, but seem to be more floorwork and not true footwork. Still, I enjoyed it.

the guys who say that say that king so bites born are pretty ignorant and disrespectful, they both are original and unique bboys... first of all u are ust taking ONE event i see much of both bboys and they are rly different from each other, also born has a freestyling kinda energetic style, while king so has a calmed and controlled style, also king so tends to use lots of transitions in his footwork kinda fluid, while born makes it faster with less transition

lol this is just my opinion, king so isnt biting but hes really techy so he does hard shit but thats his style and born breaks a way because he went back and studied the roots and that in his footwork all his funk , soul whatever u want to call it is his way of disecting the beat... both king so and born have their own style but not biting or lacking rhythm or what so ever ... peace (correct me if u think im wrong this is opinionated by me)

@Dqson actually, if its a footwork battle, king so would win. if you havent noticed, born does have flavour, but he doesnt have a lot of variety in his footwork. it often goes back to simple sixstep. king so has a lot more footwork and thats what counts in a footwork battle. in a normal battle then im not sure who would win. both have their good moments and their bad moments. it would make a great battle though.
