hey, man... love your style, considering that mark knoplfer doesnt really play these verions in this style. It's nice to see. I play the same style and it's nice to see somebody that really appreciates his work to replicate it. I dunno if you take request, but if ya got the time, I'd like to see ya do a version of "devil baby" and "hill farmer's blues". Good work.... keep it up.

I think im figuring out what ya do. yo pick the melody notes with index or middle with upstroke at the same time that the bass note with thumb , and inmediatly strum down with middle ? or im wrong?!

Great! Thsi song reminds me of Shady Grove.... Hey im trying to duplicate your style (since knopfler is my fave guitarrist wtih setzer), and i find it kinda hard, you seem to perform some picking and strumming alternating with the thumb picking the bass notes, kinda similar to the frailing technique in banjo, i pay you 1000 dollars if you do a tutorial with your technique man!!!

Yeah, but he's never going to come and play in Argentina (tough last year he spent some days here to visit the south of Argentina, but he didnt play any gig, damn!!!!!) , so come on, just a little vid with a close up to the right hand so we can see how ya do it? Do YOu pick with the nail of your index and middle and strum with the middle? It really creates great sounds, cos you got the rythm, the melody, the basses (with thumb) all at the same time, sounds amazing if you want to play alone!!
