For example those who limp and use canes or those with chronic pain in their lower extremities due to accidents or surgical procedures. It may even be modified to help people with certain forms of cerebral palsy.
I am sorry, but I can't see this as anything other than a reason for us Americans to gain more cumulative weight as a nation than we already have. Now gigantic people have something to help them out.
