This is a clasic Progresive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) combined with a "visually focused imagery induction which is also refered to as "Infered" Deepener, followed by a convincer. Finally the post suggestion to re hypnosis.
what did richard do at the 8min mark to each person? is that the thing that actually inducted them? or was the long relaxation talk that did it? I'm confused
Again, it's funny how much dissection of these techniques has been done on a moment bt moment basis.
If you are referring to pulling them down a bit, no, they were well into Trance at that point, just adding some relaxation to it and having their bodies respond in kind. Kind of like loosing them up, and developing a physical response to further their relaxation. Hope that does it.
A very nice fixation induction with a brilliant deepening from the two of you. I nearly went blank myself, thinking back on the many (stage) similar inductions like this that I've done.
It's fun to hear certain patterns occur in English as well as in my native language Dutch.
Looks good, John and Richard. Only complaint is the audio level. It's a bit quiet and hard to hear if there's any background noise (even a soft one) outside of the computer.
Complaint out of the way, I have a question. Have you thought about making it a dual induction? Might be an interesting experiment.
I know it *is* kinda a dual induction right now, but it's more a "Hand off the induction to the next person" than what I've seen/heard as dual inductions.
Thanks Richard & John, well you answered my latest post at the Magic Cafe. Don't ever remove this. Is this the Michael John, or Terry Stokes, or your own Induction? Thanks, Ed.

They were already induced by then, Th PMR is an awesome induction. The 8 min mark was just adding to the deepening, just helping them to go deeper.
