Hypotension is when your blood pressure is way below the normal level (120/80) as opposed to hypertension which is when your blood pressure is above 140/90.

I was recently diagnosed with moderate to high blood pressure(140/85) and after much research I decided to try a natural remedy as i was very wary about prescription drugs to control blood pressure and their potential side effects.
