I absolutely loved this video. Simple and to the point, but very effective. So many times people will insist that u need 2 create affirmations or think positively, w/ out a basis which to go off of. Thanks for providing one

@icisprincess09 I know what you mean, I felt the same way, many people say to use affirmation but thy don't tell you the mechanics behind it, it could work against you and frustrate you.

I believe you have just helped me find the key too affirmations,it has to be free flowing and have no point of reference to stop the flow of the results of the affirmation and therefore we are open to the universe and its positive energy that will make our affirmation our reality for real!!!

Another awesome video David. Watching this was the perfect way for me to start my day. Someone recently told me that you connect more with your own voice than any other. I guess that's why negative self talk AND positive affirmations are so powerful. Our thoughs create our emotions whether they are positve or negative. What I find so empowering is that we are in complete control of what we think. We choose our own thoughts.
