@ixibittherus Yes I am and can speak from personal experience. I will never let a Russian drive me again but I love the people and they are better than us at most things but not driving. As for education I think Russians are the most educated in the world. But for statistics you do have 10x the amount of road accidents compared to us with the same number of cars on the road. Go check them for yourself

Idrive much more relaxed when I am in Germany or Denmark, but in Russia you really have to use all your driving skills (crazy motherfucking drivers, but nobodys perfect).
