@mitmitXD123 yes it is, its water base..:) btw i wont get direct contact with your nails since you'll first apply you base coat, then you base color then the acrylic paint..
@littlemiss4490 thanks for the compliment!! well its just recently that i started having them that pretty since i have originally brittle nails.. all you need is a good base coat for protection, cuticle oil for moisturizing and lots of carefulness!! also, dont cut cuticles very often and dont sratch the nail surface too much!! it would only make them birttle!! btw thanks a lot for asking!!maybe should do a vid for that eh??much love!!!!
