now i may not have this right as i just scanned three related paged in wikipedia but it seems more like it is a kernel of corn with the skin unbroken.... and as usual the "scientist" isolate and break shit down outside of it's natural enviorment with stuff that would definately cause ulcers and worse... and like cognitive psycholigist who negate emotion as a congnitive factor they do not even mention absorbic acid... without that it's more like unchewed corn and habanara peppers.. right???
