  • this the cut hur sumn 2 ride 2

  • cee lo is a tight little dude

  • outkast is the shit ! fuck yeah . .

  • this is for all the boys stuck in da hood man

  • This shit take me back to ATL in the 90s. Those were the days,

  • this whole CD reminds me of doing 100 down 95south while blowing out my speakers

  • Man that guy in the beggining sounds annoying AF no offence but he killed the song for me anything after that this goes hard

  • Cee Lo Green you mean? No way...

  • IMO Big Boi Had the best verse the line that really stood out was "My mama made me do it, but the devil, he made me smart

Told me to jack them weak ass niggaz for they fuckin Starters" kinda can relate

  • "the doper that I get, the more I'm feeling broke as shit... But that don't matter though, i am an O-U-T, kast, so get up off your ass!"

    Who else is feeling this!?

  • They tryna tell people to get out and get somethin....nowadays in rap seem like they wanna stay in the hood, trap in the hood, and die in the hood.....smh

  • I think that's Cee-Low on the first verse right?

  • @iRockNeoSoul yeah, this is outkast featuring Goodie Mob

  • @iRockNeoSoul ya think?

  • East Point, GA

  • 6 people are pussies

  • @dirtyplaya hahahaha thinkin the same shit

  • i feel like theyre exactly talking to me in the beginning :(

  • this is how i feel

  • hi im 15 and im kinda pissed off. Everyone knows that the rap game is not what it used to be. That is the reason why i listen to groups like Outkast, Pharcyde, and A Tribe Called Quest. Everyone knows that rap was not as good as it once was before i was old enough to listen too it or remember, but that dosent mean that on every old school rap vid like this, someone has to say rap isnt good now. everyone knows this and it dosent need to be repeated all the time.

  • @hoanhoan10 very good point, im 20 years old and i kind of remember rap in the 90's and it was very fluid and well performed like wu tang, public enemy, outkast, heltah skeltah, scarface...etc..today the rap game is sub par to the late 80's-90's but that is not to say there are not talented rappers today, eminem is still lyricaly destroying songs left and right, lil wayne has some great songs, i love nas..jay z sucks dick, and the most underrated rappers of all time from the BOOT CAMP CLIK

  • @faufan13 LEFLEUR LEFLAH ESHKOSHKAAAA.....LOL

  • man, all the new music that i like, are always the old school shit.

    i must be gettin old.

  • @Iamright94 I agree you're absolutely right. I remember reading greatest 50 Emcees Kool Moe Dee called Melle Mel verses from The Message the most perfect in hip hop I would have to put this verse with it. As a matter of fact Lo's verse was why I brought Goodie Mob's 1st Album str8 up

  • this is real music tooo daamn this makes me wanna get up and do something

  • yall aint heard half of the musik that came from down here so how yall know its da best

    come on Andre..

  • @StreetRocaFella

Nah this line was a pun for the Atlanta Black Crackers, a team in the Negro Leagues. Seriously though, election time, its always the lesser of the two evils that everybody votes for but nothing ever happens.

  • best rappers from Atlanta

  • i clean my house to this song lol

  • @pumahouse07 i played this at 6:30 a.m. after a very long night, looked around my room, and straight deep cleaned and reorganized it for 2 hours haha

  • Real Talk: Cee-Lo's verse is EASILY one of the top 5 introspective verses ever dropped in Hip-Hop! Anybody debate that?

  • @oneohwon

    Nope!

  • get out and get something!!!

  • Good message. if you wanna change, get up and do something about it.

  • Thank you posting this. It is golden. Who can compare?

  • I was in middle school in Miami and this was the shit...true classic. Press play and ride out to the whole CD.

  • Damn This is the SHIT!

  • this is one of those rare songs where i like somebodies verse better than 3k, cee-lo went hard tho

  • @704QCsfinest I feel you. Cee-Lo's verse is my favorite part of this song. Whenever I listen to Gnarls Barkley my mind always goes back to this song and I realize just how talented Cee-Lo is. He's really underrated.

  • What about this one Larry ? ! ah la la !

  • This is reall, not done for the money, done for the love of musik

  • Original version is classic

  • Solid cut.........this is Outkast at their best. After to ATLiens....they got kinda crazy for my tastes....This is dope

  • favorite outkast song of all time. truer words never fuckin spoken. git up and git out!

  • this song reminds me of me when i didn't have a job, ride, or a life till i got up got out and got something

  • I luv this song they da truth

  • I Miss The Old Cee-Lo. .Not This Gnarls Barkley Shit.

  • @TheAliceMarie gnarls barkely is the soul side of cee lo....like on the wake up show when hes doing his rap thang them niggas dont even fuck wit gnarls barkely they call him cee lo green....

  • one of the best ever! Genius flow.

  • Outkast are the only true and best southern rappers. This is when the south was real hip hop back in the 90s

  • @gilbertrivas17 Cunninlynguists, fool.

  • when i listen to this i shake my head at the state of the rap game nowadays. Back then it was alive with talent, now its just beef bullshit and ego.

  • @ClayDavisSE19

nice to See that there are True Southern Rap Fans out there. Plus We have the same last name so I expected nothing Less. On the Real Outkasts and the Goodie Mo B spoke Str8 from Their Hearts!

  • @FredTokars187 - There's a few of us left my friend. Take care bro......

  • @ClayDavisSE19

They just pump out whatever lyrics the radio wants to hear.

  • Outkast best to come out of ATL in my opinion

  • @dipsetallday75 I agree with your opinion, strongly, but gotta remember the roots at Dungeon Family

  • @dipsetallday75 No doubt son, even NY cats say andre is ill!

  • @dipsetallday75 true that

  • @dipsetallday75 Best to come out of the south period

  • @dipsetallday75 Thats REAL talk fam!

  • @dipsetallday75 wish there was hip-hop/rap of this caliber from the Portland/Seattle/Vancouver B.C. area

  • @dipsetallday75 probably the most talented too bc rap takes well very little talent lol but Outkast took it to another level they rock!!

  • "You need to git up, git out, cut that bullshit out...ain't you sick and tired of havin' to do wit'out?"

    Sick verse

  • @ 0:07 u missed 'albim' this is a horrible vid

    j/p This song great

  • I remember Cee Lo gettin Source's Hip Hop quotable for this verse..

    Baby Shotty went in

  • Do you have any suggestions?

Cuz every job I get is cruel and demeanin

Sick of takin trash out and toilet bowl cleanin

    I feel the same way

  • Cee Lo killed everyone one this one!!

  • this is when the south was da dirty dirty south, they trying to make atlanta mainstream now n doing a good job at it... lets get back dirty

  • What a great song. So deep, it's no wonder why Outkast became what they are. It's unfortunate that big artists have to turn pop so to say, but it's songs like this that show the passion behind their music. My favorite verse is Andre3000's at the end. It rivals his rap in Aquemini on the album of the same name.

  • best kalabo

  • Missing Cee lo's solo " I get high, but not too high" and every profanity and drug reference

  • I really need to get up and get a job. No joke!!!

  • @Sicanguoyate74bones I really need to get up and get a blow job no joke

  • self promoted

  • is andre3000 the best reppa in the world or is it self promoted..

  • what's the sample they using on this track. I know Ive heard this somewhere else, but can't put my finger on it.

  • macy gray used a sample from this track a few yrs ltr

  • you mean the chorus? i think macy gray uses the get up get out n get something, but it was outkast who did it first i don't think they sampled from any1

  • songs like this make Outkast stand out from the rest....

  • i dont recall ever graduating at all ?

  • Sometimes i feel that the ghetto is just self-destructing. As well as the life that goes with it...

  • It all starts with the father.

  • Ahhh i knew that was cee-lo. then i checked the comments and saww everyone sayin it was. dope song.

  • i be on my shit but i still need to get up and get out

    i need a fuckin job.....
