but a couple of questions about the amp because i am thinking of buying one:

is it loud?

would it be any good for small venues?

how good are the built in affects for metal and sutch?

The GT60 is quite a loud amp, I usually don't put the volume above 2/10 (at home). I haven't played any gigs yet so I can't say if it would be any good there, but I guess it does.

The built-in effects aren't that good. The reverb has an annoying buzz and the drive/gain is really bad for metal. I immediately bought a Digitech Metal Master pedal. Quite a heavy sound (as far as you can hear in my video's, that's the pedal).

ok thanks mate will have to wait and see if it works well with behringer ultra metal or maybe i will save up for a digitech rp series

That's cool.

I also have a behringer ultra metal by the way. It's not too bad, the sound is more clear but it has less gain and it buzzes more than the metal master. So it's just what you prefer.

I don't have any experience with the digitech RP series so can't help you with that.

yeah i am probably going to buy this amp then i will have to think about affects and the PRICE of them. :)
