also- have you seen the amv my girl's ex-boyfriend by eragon12111? storyline- tamaki and haruhi were together tamaki makes a mistake and they break up and hikaru and haruhi get together. i recommend it- it's basically what i'm hoping for.
i want tamaki to say yes to megumi and for them to go out and haruhi to see them and be sad and hikaru to find out and be mad (becausetamaki is making haruhi upset). i want him to confront tamaki and yell some. i want tamaki still to not get it and for hikaru to comfort haruhi and them to hang out more and more now that tamaki is w/ megumi. i want haruhi to fall in love w/ hikaru and out of love with tamaki and tamaki to realize what he's missing, but for it to be too late.
i think tamaki will say yes, haruhi will get jealous, tamaki (prompted by hikaru) will realize his mistake and break up w/ megumi only to ask haruhi out who will eventually say yes.

Sadly, I believe Hatori will only use Megumi as a plot device to further Tamaki and Haruhi's relationship. I've pretty much lost all hope in Hatori: trying to please the masses (TamaHaru), but it's still not fair to all us HikaHaru lovers. =( I wish she'd give Hikaru more of a chance.
As far as I'm concerned, Hatori could use Megumi in three ways: 1) She could become another constant character (like Mei) and actually use her for the rest of the plot; 2) Use her for only a couple chapters to develop TamaHaru (get Haruhi jealous, make Tamaki realize he only has feelings for Haruhi, etc.); or 3) Use her for only a couple chapters to develop HikaHaru (give Hikaru the chance he needs, get Tamaki distracted by another girl, etc.). I REALLY don't want number 2 to happen. AT ALL.

I think there are 3 possiblities as well; in order from most likely to least likely: 1) Haruhi is too in love with Tamaki to really develop feelings for Hikaru; thus, she has to turn him down...for good. 2) Now that she knows about Hikaru's feelings, she thinks about them and actually starts to develop feelings for the older twin also. Who will she choose? (This theory is my fav.)
3) Haruhi ends up falling out of love with Tamaki and starts falling for Hikaru. As far as I'm concerned, the first 1 has 80% of happening, the 2nd 15%, and the 3rd 5%.
I've thought about it, and...if Kaoru seriously went after Haruhi, he'd probably get her. His loving, selfless, rational attitude would probably win her over.

Oh my gosh. I seriously almost started crying! And I am SO more Hikaru/Karuhi than Kaoru. I think I just might start crying. i dont know which parts i liked the best! Most likely the chorus..es. Yeah. It's pretty amazing. I have tears right now.

I keep coming back to this video because I really love it. The song is perfect for poor Kaoru :) I am more of a HikaHaru fan myself, but this is lovely work! And the use of the pan/crop tool just adds to the effect. Great job!
