People are so stupid sometimes, you don't need to be lying to retract your statement. Money speaks volumes in india, especially in the corrupt rich circles, seen many cases personally. If you have money, you can buy anyone, especially poor people who can't fight back. Shiney himself said the sex was "consensual", his own wife doesn't live with him and yet she claims his innocence? The medical reports don't lie and said she was raped. I can bet money that he paid her to keep quiet.
