  • This was the first single from their second album, "Formula II," released in 1980 on A&M Records. The band was the brainchild of British engineer/producer Glyn Johns. The UK members were Tim Renwick (vocals, lead guitar), Henry Spinetti (drums), and - on this recording - Pat Donaldson (bass). The USA members were Kelly Harland (vocals), Bill Lamb (vocals, guitar) and Tim Gorman (vocals, keyboards). Kelly Harland also co-wrote this song (with her songwriting partner, Craig Morley).

  • The band was mixed from USA and UK. Go to the Kelly Harland website for her tidbit on Lazy Racer.

    Thanks for posting this song!

Listen for great music like this on a new radio station called "OffTheCharts" - featuring 70's (and some 80's) lost hits and chart wonders!

Go to Live365.com, type OFFTHECHARTS in the Search box and click on the station logo. The audio stream should begin. Become a VIP member and listen commercial free!

This song is being featured this week!

  • Where was this band from originally? Sound English or Australian.

  • First album was much better, but this was a GREAT band.
