All of Obama's views are the opposite of personal responsibility. He is a modern liberal where almost everyone is some kind of victim (i.e, You bought a house you can't afford? That's okay. It's not your fault.) Look at his web page. His solution to almost everything is either the creation of a new government program or the expansion of an existing one.
