  • no longer a smoke-less studio I'm guessing

  • mmmm, warm sound...

  • THE HORROR< THE HORROR, woow

good to hear you fixed it!

  • are there no fuses to protect it ???

  • I have several Manley products. They're all great, and worth treating well, whether rented or purchased. Great people too. I have other analogue gear which I also treasure. Plug-ins are nice, and cheaper, and many sound good. I buy analogue out of my own pocket.

  • must have used a wrong preset ;) lol

  • it that really a bloody 5000 euro worth of gear fuming there?!?!

  • get some water and splash of the whole room

  • anticrackers 'American Crap'? I would imagine you have no idea what this classic piece can do, the Manley is an amazing piece of kit I would imagine you're a PC man with a Waves bundle?

  • first of all I use a mac,bloody plonker

second im with ya momma foool...

  • that´s all right, i see! please don´t worry, the unit is fixed, that happend 4 years ago! in the meantime i have my own massive passive, vari mu and a vox box! cheers little

  • OK apologies for the grey market accusation. We have seen the situation so many times before. Get in touch with Paul in my service department and he will help get the unit fixed.

  • Can't believe this guy preferred getting a good shot of this than trying to save the MP.

    Not funny.

  • i´m sorry, all wrong! that shoot was after about 10 min. and after unplugged the main powerstrip! that isn´t greay gear, because it´s rented from a studio witch works both ways (120V + 220V) and serviced by manley usa! it is funny, because he forgot to tell me so :-) cheers little

  • @littlebigbeat you should be hung for treating a manley gear like that... what's next? roasted manley mu?

  • hellooo always check the voltage when buying used/overseas!!

  • Oh sorry. No company should have any distribution rules whatsoever? Buy something from overseas, subvert the authorised sales channels in your territory, blow up the unit out of stupidity, and expect a medal?

Guess what? We build GML too. Thanks for your business!

  • You should consider the Great River EQ. Very well-built, very nice people, and a great-sounding unit. There's even a mastering version if you need stepped controls.

  • haha, nice! you're getting way too burned over your posts anyway
