2:41 is from their Top of the Pops performance, Top of the Pops made the band lip sync their song, but Kurt got them to let him sing. Long story short, the band did a bad job of pretending to play and Kurt sang in goth like vocals. That particular clip is at the end of the song when the audience jumped on stage.

Originally this was called 'in his hands' and to many nirvana fans it always will. The song which goes "And if you save yourself" etc came in 3 stages, 1st was the slow version called 'sappy'. The 2nd stage was a more uptempo version called 'everything and nothing'. The 3rd stage was found on the VA album 'no alternative' called 'verse chorus verse'.
