  • If Kurt wouldn't have died, this song would've been a Nirvana song... Kurt never wrote the lyrics for it... look it up.

  • i thoroughly enjoy this. dave and the guys at their best :)

  • They are fuckin good, daves group is awesome and he know it... :)

  • the first album was the best

  • Zero people are Exhausted...

  • damn this sounds awesome when acoustic but nothing can beat the real deal, best song on the album!!!!

  • acoustic bass adds the coolest flavor to this song!

  • Best version ever! ♥

  • foo fighters !!!!

  • man... all those people who disliked this video........... oh wait...

  • I love the distorted version

  • man, i wish they played this live. LOVE THIS.

  • its a taylor guitar ;)

  • What kind of acoustic guitar is Dave playing? That sounds really good.

  • What kind of acoustic guitar is Dave playing? That sounds really good.

  • Wow this one really sounds awesome acoustic ..

  • This sounds divine acoustic. I wish they would play this live again.

  • no dislikessssssssssssssss. f f are so damn cool

  • @marciosousa34 Yeah. This is a sleeper song as Dave Grohl stated. So, only fans who really know FF would come here. It's their best song in my judgment. Too bad more people don't know it...

  • foo fighters "" a melhor banda"" tem boca não!!!!!!

  • моя любимая песня))

  • моя любимая песня))))

  • Thank you for this, wherever it came from.

  • This was one of the great songs Dave shared with Kurt towards the end. This is an incredible song. A super riff. Just imagine if Kurt had lived on. With the talent between Kurt and Dave, Nirvana could have been as great as Led Zeppelin or the Beatles. It's something I think about every now and then. Don't use hard drugs or marry biches people.

  • @whpriol1 Nirvana is greater than the Beatles and Led Zeppelin.

  • @antipopboner Bold statement. I definitely like Nirvana more than Led Zeppelin even though I can enjoy Zeppelin very much. I don't know about the Beatles. What makes the Beatles so spectacular greater than any other rock band is the large volume of high quality music in a relatively short time. But, Nirvana put out incredible music in roughly half the period as the Beatles. No other hard rock/alternative band can touch Nirvana for doing so. The important distinction is lighter and hard rock.

  • @whpriol1 I mean The Beatles and Led Zeppelin are both great bands.Actually very great bands and both bands influenced Nirvana, The Beatles more though. I think my statement kinda made it seem like I didn't have any respect for the bands. lol sorry :L

  • One of my favorite Foo Fighters songs! This is awesome.

  • I love it when Tay fakes Dave out at 1:17. :D

  • What a beautiful sounding version of this song, thank you :)

  • when was this

  • @27phillyflyers 2000

  • I'd give anything to get the acoustic version of this song on mp3

  • "it's sounds stupid, doesn't it!"

  • This song is amazing acoustic. They need to do an official acoustic version of this song. I use this to fall asleep a lot at night. <3

  • This song sounds so amazing done acoustically... I would die a happy person if they released a studio acoustic version of this.

  • im not trying to be a bitch but dave is kind of fat today

  • @SarmVX

Not anymore. I just saw a video of Foo Fighters playing a new song at a club they performed in a few days ago. He's pretty fit now. Just look up stuff like 'White Limo-live', 'I should have known-live'.

  • @SarmVX i think the same shit :/ butt anyway, dave groh god

  • 0 dislikes, awesome! :P

  • @kaboose1994 You made it so tempting

  • What song did he describe as "sounding dumb acoustic"? Would love to know

  • @Utsumo Monkey Wrench.

  • When did they last play this song live. Acoustic or electric?

  • when i see dave grohl, i always remember NIRVANA, thats why we still remember KURT COBAIN, THANKS TO YOU DAVE GROHL

  • i love that they can just bust out this song which they hadn't probably ever played live with this line-up. Shows that they practice a lot and get their songs real tight before ever hitting the stage.

  • best song ever

  • Wow, this song translates incredibly well to acoustic...

  • @derbydriver

I think he writes most of it on acoustic first, and then works out the strumming/layering on electric. But it's a shame they took so long to do In Your Honor because a lot of it should have stayed acoustic. He's a much better songwriter than he gives himself credit for

  • good call biglots! I've been rocking to the foo since the first album and perhaps before (diehard nirvana fan) and it's songs like this that show off just how talented grohl really is. The band overall is just amazing! Weenie Beenie and My Poor Brain are just a couple teasures of the many they have to offer. Their cover of Band on the Run rocks as far as covers are concerned.

  • what show is this from?

  • what kind of chords dave plays here?

  • D minor, G7, F9, and A minor.

  • by the way imma huge foo fan LOVE LOVE LOVE Dave grohl and taylor hawkins but oesnt Dave grohl have baba booey teeth?lol(howardsternrefference)

  • skinny hairless Dave lol...how did this album come out like 4 to 5 months after kurts death??

  • sin palabras.. son muy grosos estos vagos!

  • dave looks better without the beard..

  • i love this song in both versions

  • fantastic song and version, i love dave and foo fghters. kurt cobain would have loved this album

  • it is way too bad people don't know the foo fighters for songs like this. I mean some of their singles are great but if only more people knew how versatile they were. Songs like "My Poor Brain", "Weenie Beenie", even "Walking after you" are so different but work so well together.

  • Totally agree with you.

  • weenie beenie ftw

  • @Biglotsemployee With all due respect 'versatile' is not the word I would use to describe Foo Fighters. It's all good and enjoyable but it's not that versatile. But it's true that too many people know only the hits and the newer stuff.

  • @haisevaewok If you don't think Foo Fighters are versatile, you don't really have a clue what you are talking about. They do screamo rock, anthem rock, acoustic ballads. Listen to "Weenie Beenie" or "Wattershed" and then take a listen to "Still" or "Virginia Moon". That isn't versatile? Give me a break.

  • Exhausted is the foo fighters best song.

  • one of the best! THIS should have been on the greatest hits.

  • imho no

  • @0hTehN0se It's awesome to know people love this song as much as me. Always been my favorite. Just raw energy and embodies everything I love about foo.

  • @0hTehN0se Yes but not this version! The original long version is!!

  • the acoustic version of this song sounds so good

  • YEAR!!! *dance over the flour*

  • i much prefer the electric version but that's because im a drummer! But the acoustic is a pretty cool version of the song that's for sure.

  • taylor's "psyche!" at 1:12 is funny and this acoustic is fantastic

  • Dave know who play eletric and acustic!

    Fucking cool

  • yeah, well, you play both pretty much the same way.

  • what date is this from?

  • its the year 2000 and its in LA

  • OMG!!! This is immense acoustic.

  • Love the acoustic version of exhausted.
