  • will the 12 week off season strength workout improve your vertical? Cause i am 5 ft 9 140 lb and i want to put on good muscle and still be able to be flexible etc.

  • @MrNachito44 First off, you need the DeMatha Strength & Power DVD - the downloadable PDF is based off of the exercises in the DVD! After that, only basic weight room equipment is needed (dumbbells, bench, etc.). I hope that helps!

  • The track makes me laugh to think where we started and how far we have come. Thanks for sharing part of the first workout. Big goals are being set for next season the way it looks. Keep the boys on the right path.
