The Crocoduck thing is just Cameron going "This is what atheists believe in! Look how silly it is! Nowforget how silly my beliefs sound!"
In that very interview where he shows a picture of the Crocoduck, he talks about the Platypus, and says "That's just how God made it!"
So if there really was a fossil of a crocoduck, or you showed these morons some actual transitional fossils, they'd just say "That's just how God made it!"
You can lead dumbasses to evidence, but you can't make them think!

@Bowmaj21 Prof Miller did just that in his lecture about evolution over creationism. He produced evidence of tansitional creatures between land mammals and whales that showed how their middle ear changed to adapt to water and the creationist morons are STILL in denial.
