This guy says some wise things, but I don't know if he is right about everything. I personally don't think we "choose" to reincarnate and pick our bodies and lives. I think it just automatically happens. But yea, I would much rather believe in reincarnation instead of a god that demands worship or he will torch your ass in a pit of hellfire for all eternity.

I would say that a disabled person would have to be someone who is an advanced spirit because they would have to be humble and be a lesson to others on how to treat those who are disabled

What if someone has a car accident and becomes a vegetable, or intellectually disabled- what about when the mother harms the baby in the womb, or a child gets lead or mercury poisoned or some other environmental assult, or has muscular dystrophy, or some life long ailment- do they know this is going to happen to them, and if so why would they choose to live life that way?

@CJEB4 yes ppl who are born with disability or illness knows about it ahead of time, and purposely chose that. it is an "environment setup" which enables them to learn the lesson they are trying to work on. however, i'm not so sure about ppl who become vegetable for life. i suspect it's a "setup" for the dear ones around them. dr newton did talk about new-born babies who die shortly after birth are generally there to "setup" the scenario for their parents.

@CJEB4 Because that life will hopld the experiences which they need in order to grop as a soul. Some commit suicide and knew, once in the afterlife, that they would have to come back and experience life again until they stiop 'bailing out.'

Dr. Newton is spot on about parallel lives. I felt like I died in the late 1980s, yet was born in my present life a few years earlier. Past lives, parallel lives, future lives, I think this is all going to show people eventually that time as we measure it here on Earth isn't linear, but is more cyclical like the seasons. @SIGN666 you are given a choice but not necessarily a choice between a diseased and a healthy body. but perhaps between two different kinds of disabilities. based on whatever it is your soul shall learn in this life. this is decided by the council of the old soul´s. while they have listened to your soul's desires, the council also took your soul's shortcomings into consideration. before they chose which options your soul would be given to choose between.

kind of a cool story, When I was a kid I had a dream that I was some sort of important leader in feudal Japan (from some of the details I remember, I'd say it was around the 1500s) in the dream I was at my son's funeral, and I read this very long poem out loud, I remember weaping and feeling total anguish, and everything said and written was in Japanese but I understood it. I never had or did have another dream like this before or after, I've always wondered if I was recalling a past life

Its like this your now in a place where everything is perfect, no real challanges, peace and tranquility. Its kool but after awhile becomes all to fimiliar . You watch your family members continue to go back to earth for more challanges then returning to partys and rejoicing of their advancement. Now you look at yourself still the same old same old with no forward movement. Kinda dull. You by now forgot the real pains of earth and it doesnt seem all that bad any more so what the hell, go for it.

But it makes me wonder: if we keep "recycling" ourselves, and our loved ones do the same, then how is it that our loved ones are there on the other side greeting us when we die? Ex: I lost my mom two years ago, but if she comes back here to fill some other role, and she isn't back in Spirit to greet me when I die...well...I'm gonna be pretty pissed. Lol.

You can stay, but the advancement is slower. The reincarnation process just speeds up certain lessons..but it's not just about learning. you also get to have fun here XD.

@ntf284 I would think that you usually don't have such a choice because your soul hasn't learnt all it's lessons. However, (this is based on what I learn from Buddhism and I may be wrong, but) after it has learnt all the lessons to learn and after many reincarnations or so(so-called 'enlightenment'), you get the choice to be an angel in heaven for eternity. Of course, if you still want to reincarnate to help others on Earth I'd think that you'd be allowed to.

Dr. Newton is right. These videos are so parallel to what I've been taught (mostly thru spirit) and have learned over the last 20 years. I also believe that the future isn't as firm as our past, because our future can change with our changing emotions.
