It is a very powerful movie. Hopefully a deal will be finalized soon and it will be out in theaters.

No, it should be coming out in theaters first. Usually films like this will play at film festivals, then get picked up for distribution in theaters, and then come out on DVD. Last I heard they were finishing it up and getting ready to submit it to film festivals.
