Hope Shorter is her name, she seems to go by Hope though, and the song is "Who Am I To Say". This song was in the movie "Cover" at the end, and I am blown away by it. I have not been able to find a CD release by her (Other than one on Amazon for a ridiculous amount of money), but if this is her 1 song, I'm fine with that. It's ridiculously good.
