I am a vegetarian, and I watched this because I am interested in the different ways people do things. Maybe someday, though I don't eat meat, I will need to know how to carve a turkey. Now, after having watched this vid, I have a few good ideas. Like cutting at the joints... thats a good idea.
Also, this may come in handy if I ever decide to become homicidal. Now I have some pointers on how to carve the body after I roast it. :) Happy watching every one
