i can't find a video of his performance in this winter olympics but i saw it on tv live! he is so cute and graceful...
i think he was the first skater to make the crowd proud the part when he skated in front of the judges and do his thing to get their attention then smiled when he stopped in the middle... can't forget the face!
me too! however I think he deserved gold but they would not have given to him anyway because of the politics. in my opinion he remains the greatest all around SKATER in the world -just mesmerizing to watch and simply unforgettable. i wish he returns to next olympics to win gold even if it is highly unlikely praying that he at least takes the world championship next year. he deserves a world title ! He is a better overall skater and nobody could be that strong after such a severe injury
ooh this Russians...what a hateful comment...You hate us,Georgians, you hate Japanese people, you hate all nations...Takahashi is a great skater, the best male skater I've ever seen before...
Loved Daisuke's programs this season. I was rooting for him to win gold and wish he hadn't attempted the quad in the LP, but KUDOS to him for getting up and skating marvelously after that. I hate that he was treated as an afterthought by most American commentators, and he was underscored by judges in both the SP and LP, but I'm so glad he can have the honor of being the first Japanese man to medal at figure skating in the Olympics! WOOT! Way to go Dice-K!

@seruleane Yeah, even when he got close to Plushenko in the short program, they pretty much ignored him here.
I was so sad for him, because I felt that he was the most dynamic of the performers the first night.
Even though he got right back up after his fall, Hamilton and whatever her name is were so incredibly snarky. They've made me so angry this Olympics.

Way to be a racist, dumbass. It must hurt to see Plushenko lose to Lysacek
