Marg is a natural redhead. You can see that from her childhood photos and her early works such as Ryan's Hope and China Beach. She's more like a strawberry blonde now, though.

Btw, I think she was called both a blonde and a redhead on CSI. I'm sure Alan's character said Catherine was a redhead in "Weeping Willows". :)
