SUP paddling is definitely an adrenalin buddies best friend: ) The sport and has been enjoyed by many cultures throughout the world for hundreds of years. There's truly nothing like it.

Coming from a kayak background I'd have to say, sup paddling is far more exciting & gives twice the high and results as far as a workout is concerned :p
