Hong Kong needs to change their policies with their police officers, I come from Hong Kong but now live in the US and this shit is pathetic. The officers just stands there and take shit from the guy without being able to do anything. Raise the training requirement for becoming an officer so they dont lose a fight, then give them more rights so that if assholes give them shit, they can freely assault and handcuff a person.

But I do agree, compared with how the US handle these situations and how hk handles them, hk cops are pathetic.
