I disagree with sunscreen use. We need the sun; our problem is being out in it too long before we develop a tan. vit. D-3 comes from the sun, when we put sun-screen on we also block vit. D. Now if you are going to do water sports all day, then you may want to consider some protection, like a hat and shirt.
