I can't say I have seen all the clips you mentioned but opposing separatist does not mean insulting Taiwanese and it is not a question of who obeys whom at all. Some separatists are really sly. Every time they fail, they always cast in a bone between the mainland people and other Taiwanese people.
There is nothing wrong with Chinese people or Taiwanese.
Just like people all over the world, there is no 100% good guy, nor 100% bad guys. There are better guys and not-as-good guys everywhere. People operate mostly on their best interests.
I feel there are more conflicts of interest than common interest between Taiwan and China right now. I hate to see Taiwanese interest decided by official in Beijing.Taiwanese have been treated like this for 400 years.
If we look closely on the comments posted on every website, it is not at all difficult to tell which are by Chinese, which are Taiwanese.
So far, I can honestly say, very few Taiwanese, either blue nor green, uphold violent behavior again Mr. Chang. Councilman Wang said he is ready to apologize if he did push Mr. Chang and caused him injury. The issue that I have is " Is there really violence happen here?"
You know the nature of KMT, they are experts in fabricating false news and propaganda.
I see that, too. I don't think most people in Taiwan support violence, either. I see that many Taiwanese people condemned violence in their comments here, to whom I want to show my respect.
