Is this town good to move to? Do any urban type of people live here? I was thinking of moving here for the snow, but all the cowboy stuff scares me.....
i love the 4th of July in Lander. I live in Lander so i kinda have to go. But i love watching the fireworks, i love watching the parade, and i love the pankake breakfast before the parade!!!! i just love the 4th in Lander
Hey What about the Fire trucks. At the end of the parade the local and county Fire Departments have the biggest water fight in the state. Only in Lander during the 4th. Most consider this the highlight of the parade.
In 1976 we passed though Lander on a trip with our teenagers. We got into the 4th parade by mistake. We turned off on a side street as soon as we noticed. To this day when we talk about the National Parks we visited on that trip we always mention being in the Lander 4th of July parade.
Best 4th of July celebration in the country. Keep it up Lander! And thank you to the Lander fire dept. for letting us continue to have fun with the fireworks.
