FarCry on the Everun Note UMPC

When you make it with Fraps - why we can hear the Cooler and the Sounds from Mic ???

And why Far Cry runs so good + Fraps? Fraps costs many CPU.

If you look at every game that I have used fraps to record on the Everun Note, you can always hear the sound of its fan.

In fact, for some reason, it picks up other sounds through the mic so I had to be quiet.

Far Cry runs so well but the Everun Note has specs above what is required.

Is this machine as powerful as a Pentium 4 1.2 Ghz? It seems far more powerful then the Vaio P yet noone seems to bloody sell it.

It is more powerful than a Pentium 4 1.2 Ghz but I am not sure how much.

It is easy to get hold of, they ship international.

Yeh true. The problem is Duty that gets added, dont want to get stung when it arrives. I once bought something for £99 from Hong Kong and was charged £40 extra by UPS when they arrived.

Don't forget it has a 1.2 Ghz Dual Core AMD processor, a little dedicated graphics memory and a fair amount of RAM and is running XP SP2 which is low on resources compared to other OS like Vista.

Perhaps you simply underestimate what the Everun Note is capable of.

It can even run Crysis although not at a playable enough rate (7-10 fps).
