freedom of speach is granted but You have to realize that there are people with another opinion and some (!) people can be very nasty (verbal) if You dont have the same opinion in some critical issued....
@tausendstein Yeah a few times actually; I think I may have exaggerated a bit in my vlog, but I stand by my opinion that in Australia we're given more rights for freedom of speech etc. At home I've never felt victimised over a statement I've said etc.
@germanlil Well, you are right. You are allowed to say whatever you want in Aunstralia, because there are no laws about that, but as long as you neither deny the Holocaust nor deliver a speech against againts segments of the population you are free to say whatever you want to say.
Anyway, I'd also like to know the reason because of which you think, you are not allowed to critisice something...?
@YxtremY I'm not sure what you're talking about - of course there are laws to do with rights of speech in Australia. I'm aware that I'm free to say what I'd like here in Germany, nothing to do with the laws, I'm just referring to general public acceptance.

@germanlil:
I would be interested in what was the reason for this statement ? Did You encounter a bad situation ?

@PemuMaxx its a large country, there are some areas where people are less accepting but there are also areas where anything goes.
