    This is a lat\tricept exercise. Aware me on how pulling your arms closer to your chest involves your pecs? This is a pulling motion, not pushing.

  • That is the best upper and mid ab workout ever!!! I've done it's more effective the deeper the decline. Pullovers are one of the best for building strenght burning cals and adding mass
