I think I saw some of the coolest graffiti in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ! It excites me that the elements of Hip Hop are having a positive effect outside of the United States!

NYC should have given graffiti writers the right to spray the trains with murals they should be able to make it more beautiful because it wouldn't have been a quickie job. the trains had more character back then. you could see a sick piece and it could brighten your day!

Yes the art is beautiful but where it is makes it vandalism, plain and simple.
