  • greetings professor falcon, been a long time ? how about a nice game of chess

  • It should have been hitched up with the modem, keyboard, display etc then given a good working out with a wardialer XD

    Fun!

(Just as an aside, I wonder if the phone number for WOPR still works today?)

  • I wouldn't sell this. I would keep this in a vault with security guards. lol. Remember, just a nice game of chess.

  • I respect the older technology, but what the hell good is it? A museum piece, that's all.

  • @TheAdultChild101 well its a fully capable computersystem...if you know enough about electronics and software you can connect a CRT, a keyboard etc etc to it

  • that was the typ of computer used in the movie wargames

  • um $2000, for that, I've got a CBM PET to trade you, and I'll raise you a pristine 1971 TRS-80 Model 1 and mointor that predates your Imsai by 4 years. Pfft.

  • Really nice machine, been a while since I last saw one.

Just don't connect it to any networks.

  • Nice machine, always liked these.

Just say no if you hear "Do you want to play a game"

  • I'd recommend just a nice game of chess. You don't want Global Thermonuclear War.

  • You insert a floppy disk and you call that number and you tape joshua guess what would happen? (If you saw that movie, say nothing)

  • Nice. I hope for our sake you modified it so it don't hack into NORAD like it did in the movie.

  • ah relax. probably no one knows NORAD's main computer password

  • eh...can it be "Joshua"?

  • Mitico IMSAI 8080 war games che bei tempi quelli!
