When I export or bounce (in any file format), and play my song with Itunes the sound is very very low..... (i tried like all the volume buttons, the master volume etc.) but still it's a low sound,...I even tried messing with the sample rate and stuff but its all not working..... please help me! (oh and i checked all the compressors/limiters ...) :(
Probably a good idea to state what things mean (ie AAF & OMF) and why to use one or the other instead of, "Now we're gonna do this." Why? And what does it mean?
I'm new to Logic and have recorded a single track. The song is a bit loud so I want to bring down the volume level by trying the mixer and automation, but the settings aren't applied to the file and the AAF always ends up sounding loud. How do I apply the audio levels in logic to to the exported audio file. Thanks!
this was really helpful in the nonsense of logic's definition of exporting. what ever happened to just exporting what you had recorded into a single, playable file? LOL.
ok, exporting from logic and importing again works smooth, but if i export omf from cubase4 and import into logic lots of strange things happen... tracks dont line up properly etc.... any clues or suggestions? thanks t.
I have pro tools 7.3 le and there is no option for OMF with this bundle. So more than likely your saying I would need to buy the DV Tool Kit in order to export a OMF File to another audio software program. I just wanted to get this straight since I'm a recording artist just getting my feet into this editing audio arena thanks in advance!!!
@fatjuice22 This video is about importing and exporting sessions. This is something that we engineers and producers have to do when we go between studios. What you are looking for is how to bounce a session. That is not what this is about.
fix it.

Hi, is there a way to export audio files as a whole project (like for example omf) with effects from logic to protools?

What do you mean by "as a whole"?
Do you mean a stereo mix? Just export as an audio file (same menu as I show in this video)

We actually have other videos up that show how to bounce out stereo files.
You'll notice in the title of this video that it concerns bouncing projects to OMF/AAF
