Exactly or better yet go out and look for some good brushes and experiment that's what i do but to make sure i'm on track i do watch these videos so i can remember the exact width and height of the background etc but these videos are the best that are out there he explains it very well and easy to follow your amazing keep it up!!!! :D

If you do vector try using a pen and it wil come out a lot cleaner. Illustrator is fun to you use for that. You can do the same in photoshop but you wont be able to resize as much as you want and you risk pixelation.

@Thafloboyzcrew it's called vector art. take a picture you like and trace it with the pen tool. you can use either vector or photoshop. I prefer photoshop. The key here is layers. USE LAYERS! Layers are your best friend.
