Imitator sunflower is really not needed in this mini-game. An imitator Tall-Nut would of worked a whole lot better since you wouldn't have to wait for the recharge to place it.

for me, sunflowers go in second row. That way, my shooters have more time to knock out zombies, and if the zombies have gotten far enough to eat my sunflowers, i definetly have enough sun to rebuild sunflowers. so, why puthem in back if u know ur second row is doomed (bucket head early on, imp tossed)

@sweatysniper Uh, it's called support plants and anything that can slow down or freeze the tougher zombies. I actually find catapults to be worthless, and only use them as support lol, I still rely on Peas to do the brunt of my damage on the Roof. But yeah, Sunflowers in the back works best. Use Split Peas if you're paranoid.

I put my sun production 2 spaces forward. Then I place a split pea in front of a tallnut and then start placing starfruit. Kicks pogo butt ^_^

I used split pea and starfruit to take out the pogo zombies. I planted a torchwoord behind the split pea so that the peas of the repeater at the back will be fireball and its good to kill pogos when it hops over the split pea.

@FlubbaJubba1998 I got the achievement for it. It's tough, but not impossible. I used Sunflower, Squash, Imitator Squash, Cabbage Pult, Cherry Bomb, the Jalapeno one, the double Pea Shooter one and the torchwood one (and the pot of course). The squash are key, they're cheap. Have a cabbagepult and double pea shooter in each row with a blank row for the squash. good luck

@FlubbaJubba1998 yes u can, need to get timing right, use watermelon for max damage & pots to slow it down. 1st, concentrate on planting sunflowers & let all pogo party go thru and leave your mower to mow them over. next plant watermelons.

@jimthechimmneyman1 They're The silverish sunflowers the gamer used in this tutorial. They can be used to "imitate" other plants, so insted of having to wait for a certain plant to re-charge. You can just use the extra one. I use then on my sunflowers all the time. It's very useful.

The roof in this game has unarguably, without a doubt, got to be one of the toughest roofs ever built in existence. It can withstand the weight of hundreds of zombies and even the explosions from your plants and the jack-in-the-box zombie. Not to mention the fact that it withstood the weight of Dr. Zomboss and his giant mech. Heck, it even remained intact after Dr. Zomboss hurled multiple RVs at it. Whoever designed the roof should be given an award.

in the beginning i saw you had an imitator sunflower, but you only used it once, i recommend using the imitator on the tall-nut, then it would have been useful to build up your defense quicker, then you can concentrate on your other plants.Also, i recommend placing the tall nut further up, to make more space for your plants.

tha silver flowe is nt anotha plant it is actually a plant 4rm crazy daves shop calld imitator hes black nd white. in the plant menu thers a lil box at the side nd u click on it nd thers this mini menu tht pops up nd it has all the plants. the point of imitator is if uhav a slow loading plant imitator cums in handy bcos it allows u 2 hav 2 same plants in 1 level. it appers as tht potatoe-thingy 0.36- its a disadvantag cos it takes time to copy itself.

When I play, I start with two columns of flowers then once I get the back column upgraded to double flowers, I usually have a bunch of extra sun and I replace the 2nd column

First fill the row closest to the chimney with tall nuts, then fill the next closest row with split peas. Add some nessisary sunflowers, put the pots on every possible renaming space, fill it with star fruits, sit back and enjoy!
