I loved the second one more then the first. only because I really loved the film noir vibe the gave. it was spot on. To be honest, I never played a game yet that had a really good film noir theme. Thats why I am super stoked for L.A NOIR. man thats gonna be dope!

I remember getting the first max payne for xbox. that game was so awesome. no other game had that kind of concept and the slow-motion was freakin mouth-watering. Then i got the second max payne and i was in love with the storyline and the dark twisted things that went on. Both games are among my favorites of all time. The movie might not have have lived up to its reputation because of how great the games were, but regardless the story itself is great. Max Payne Rules!
