I agree with @TheIrish1986 and @Smadlad. Only the ERU have guns in the Gardaí (irish police). Also, It cant be the USA, look at the road markings!! I think its a trick for the camera. Shotguns dont produce that much smoke when shot at the back of a puckup. Also, The Irish Police dont use those types of sirens and santry didnt have those types of buildings in 1998 0(0:46).
