I came to the conclusion years ago that if your relatives are horrible people you would not know if you had not been born into their midst, get as far away from them as possible for as long as possible and what affection you have remaining for them will not sour onto ulcer inducing hatred.And only call when you absolutley have to.And keep the conversatons short as possible.I call around dinner time so I always have the excuse of "have to let you go, my food is ready,bye loveyoutoo."CLICK! sigh.
