For example any given proper action film: hero comes up outta nowhere, convinces people he's the hero, people trust him, hero does something stupid, people lose trust, hero then defeats enemy somehow successively and tadaa, happy ending. I'm sure that this plot will put some films in your head, and you'll see that they are in no way the same.

The tattoo of whistlers mother on the arse, the wrecking of the arch enemies personal work place/office, the relationship with the women in the film, the the raw sewage sketch, there are more but you get the gist. It is more of a Naked Gun film if anything. I noticed that when I saw it at the flicks but it's still good to see an idiot protrayed correctly. The right amount of cringing is important.
