@Ivanisasi he used his fingers only a REALLY tiny bit for the slower, and easier songs like... Bleeding me for instence, but he is a fucking wicked bass picker. but i prefer Cliff Burton ALOT more than any other bassist... but jason is pretty beast in some songs and shit i gotta admit :P

@SSSoM3 he was able to use his hand, and he could play like anything... as soon as i heard Pulling Teeth (Anesthesia) and it made Metallica's sound up until Cliff's death phenomenal. i dont prefer him over ANY bassist, but hes the best to me... people have their own assumptions, like me. i didnt really mean it that way... he was like why i started playing guitar... also James Hetfeild pushed me into doing... even though i probably suck, i bearly knew what i meant, i was even confused about that.

@ZacOlsen66 Well, when i judgde bassist i ususally do it by listening to his bass lines.. but then again, first 3 metallica albums with cliff are mixed like shit and you can't even hear bass probably... then again, Pulling teeth is nothing special too (at least in my opinion),and there's thousands of better finger players then cliff.. the only hearable thing that Cliff have made for Metallica is Orion, and sadly, its just a ONE track..
