It's not a movie. It's a documentary, and the directors don't get fundings to make this film so it's not going to show up in theaters like a big time hollywood film. Most documentaries work that way.

looks good, but it remains to be seen how Katrina will be projected by the US in the future. My guess is it will be as if the government did everything possible before and after the fact without the slightest racial and social bias whatsoever...
