99% of Pinoys doesnt think this is a big deal. But if we look deeper, this BAKYA tradition seriously erodes our culture.

Example:

We pick up from our actors/actresses these:

TARAY or attitude

PALENGKERA or market style talk

and we see our women talk like uncivilized cavewomen. They cant be called "Ladies" coz of these acts.

Now its 4ever embedded in our heart & culture & its hard to remove.

These acts is accepted as cute,cool or good.

Our culture is to blame. Nasanay tayo sa "ganito na lang" na mga pelikula. MONEY is the goal & CREATIVITY is last.

Tayo namang mga PINOY eh masaya na pakanin tayo ng mga producers ng BASURA.

We have a really BAD tradition in Phil Showbiz. Good looking BAD actors & story from the 60s.

Producers wont change the formula because these GARBAGE makes money & Pinoys like to eat GARBAGE anyways. So why change it?

I envy other countries. Even with NO budget their film makers can make QUALITY films & win awards.

I also envy them coz they select their actors not on good looks (House, Monk).

They keep thinking of UNIQUE story for their audience. Not just love story. They do serious research. They make their audience use their brain & think about the story.

Audience loves the thrill of NOT knowing the end.

Example "6th sense". simple UNIQUE story. Gulat lahat sa ending. It can be made w/ little money.
