check the airflowmeter and the airfilter! take the carburetor apart and clean it nice and good, check if the gas is going in to the engine good enough, check the sparkplugs maby do a service on the car? thats what i can think about.. :)
@pissenisse130 Actually, we found out that all it needs is a fuel regulator, but yes, some servicing should help it run better, too! We cleaned the air filter, though. I haven't bought a fuel regulator, yet, but I will before this month ends. Thanks for the tips, though!
@vmaxx55 We tested most of the fuses and electronics relating to any gas-related anything (LOL) and that turned out to be fine. It is very likely to be the regulator under the driver-passenger side. After removing the regulator, we flooded the engine, so now, it gets too much gas, so we know it is the regulator. Thanks for the comment! I will probably join those forums, as well, if I remember. LOL
@vmaxx55 Most likely he will because he's always been awesome like that. I really hope so, because I strangely love S70s and 850s. They're my favorite Volvos ever. :)

Seems like an electronic issue if not the Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Good Luck!
