  • To one of the best guys ever, lots of nights in his garage, taught me so much.... Midnight Racing Ford Mustang!!!!

  • Jimmy Kent...what a great guy! I remember all the weeknights he was at our house as my dad's crew chief and the many weekends we spent at Jim and Nancy's when I was a very little girl. You are missed, Jimmy Kent!!

  • As a young boy working across the street at the Smalley's Jim would come over and give me pointers that have stuck with me to this day!! I looked up to him then and still do!! His memory will always be with me hope to join him someday at the speedway in the clouds!!! Rich Truchinski

  • Ok, now that I have wiped the tears and taken a deep breath - WOW. Jack - I have always known you are very talented but this was incredible! Jim was such an amazing man, husband, father and friend. I still miss him. Nancy and Jim and Jennifer, Danny, and Gerald will always be part of my "family". Fantastic tribute Jack - very much from your heart. God's Speed. Linda Mason

  • This video is excellent - I accidentally rated it as 1 star as I thought you had to click all the stars. Should have been a 5 but don't know how to change it.

  • Thank you so much for creating this tribute to my brother. It has brought part of his life that I didn't know much about close to my heart, and I mourn not being there.

  • What a touching tribute to Jim. I grew up at Saugus Speedway and remember fondly watching him race. I was there from 1976 - 1995 when it closed. Sorry to see that he has passed, my thoughts are with him and his family. Race on Jim, Race on!!!!

  • Now this means something.
